A charitable youth organization is seeking a leader for Early Help services to support children and families in need. This role involves managing a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring quality standards, and fostering partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills and a passion for youth empowerment. The benefits include 30 days leave and a 5% employer pension contribution. The position is based in Bradford with flexible remote options.

Bradford office, with the opportunity to work up to 2 days per week from home
Permanent, 35 hours per week (FTE)
30 days annual leave (+bank) and 5% employer pension contribution, 1 free night stay at the Brathay estate each year and a Cash Health plan
You’ll also need a full driving licence and flexibility to travel across the area.
