Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Limited is supporting an internationally leading manufacturer of roofing products to recruit an Area Sales Manager for the Distribution team covering the North. You will sell flat roofing systems, membranes and insulation to distributors and merchants, building strong relationships and providing product training.

The successful candidate will have roofing industry exposure, a track record in distributor sales, and can expect a basic salary up to £60k with an uncapped bonus

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing products or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and manage distributor relationships.
• Ability to train customers and support with pricing and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Sell full range of roofing products to distributors and merchants.
• Build and maintain relationships with managers across distributors and merchants.
• Provide product training and ensure stock levels with partners.
• Support with specification writing and pricing with the sales team.

Resolve are supporting an internationally leading manufacturer of roofing product and associated systems, established over 50 years, to recruit a Area Sales Manager to join their Distribution team covering the North.

In this role, you will sell the full range of products including flat roofing systems, membranes and insulation predominantly targeting distributors like Encon, Galaxy, Roofbase and the like to build and maintain relationships with managers, providing product training and ensuring stock levels, as well as targeting contractors to generate business, back selling through agreed merchants and distributors, supporting with specification writing, pricing etc.

Our Client is looking for a sales professional with exposure to the roofing world. This could be an internal/external sales manager or Branch Manager for a relevant Distributor or Merchant, or someone selling an allied product into those Distributors/Merchants, or even someone on the tools looking to step into sales, as long as you are

The successful applicant can expect a basic salary up to £60k, as well as uncapped bonus (20% for hitting target) Electric or Hybrid Company Car, and great supporting package.
