Job summary

Integra Outsourcing is seeking an Area Sales Manager for roofing materials and accessories. This field-based role covers the South East and South Central regions, targeting builders' merchants and promoting a broad portfolio of roofing products and related accessories.

The successful candidate will develop new relationships, train trade partners, and drive product awareness through training events and direct visits, while supporting merchants in influencing contractors and developers.

Area Sales Manager – Roofing Materials & Accessories

Package:

• £45k-£50k basic salary
• £12k uncapped commission scheme (paid monthly)
• With the top performers earning £1,500-£2k per month in commission
• £7,000 car allowance, laptop, mobile and pension

Territory: South East & South Central

The Role – Area Sales Manager:

• A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of roofing products and accessories
• Promoting a comprehensive portfolio that includes breathable and non-breathable roofing membranes, dry fix systems, eaves and brick ventilation, and cavity products
• You’ll be winning new and developing existing relationships with national and independent building and roofing merchants
• Strengthening relationships and increasing product awareness through product training, trade days, toolbox talks and dual visits
• Supporting your merchants by influencing of roofing contractors and developers, with all business back-sold through your account base

The Successful Applicant – Area Sales Manager:

• You will already have field sales experience from within or around the construction industry
• Experience selling through merchants and distributors would be advantageous, but not essential
• With a proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach, together with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A stable career history and desire to build a long-term career within construction sales would be advantageous
