Job summary

Integra Outsourcing is recruiting for an Area Sales Executive to promote bespoke insulation systems for commercial and industrial roofing. The role is field-based with an induction programme and will cover South East and South Central regions.

You will identify opportunities, carry out site surveys, measurements and drawings, and work with an internal technical team to produce designs and quotations for close. Expect around two surveys daily and ongoing lead support.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in a B2B environment is essential.
• Experience or familiarity with building materials or construction is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Promote bespoke tapered insulation systems for roofing projects.
• Win new builds and refurbishments with contractors, facilities managers, authorities, and manufacturers.

Package:

• Circa £35k-£45k basic (depending on experience), with a £5k-£10k uncapped commission scheme.
• Company car or car allowance.
• 25 days holiday.
• 5% employer pension contributions.

The Role – Area Sales Executive:

• Following a thorough induction training programme, you will be promoting a bespoke tapered insulation system for commercial and industrial roofing projects
• Field based tracking and winning new-build and refurbishment projects with roofing contractors, facilities management companies, local authorities and flat roofing manufacturers
• Identifying project opportunities and carrying out site surveys, measurements and drawings
• Working closely with an internal technical team who will produce the design and quotation for you to follow up and close
• You’ll typically complete 2 surveys a day with your sales appointments built around them
• You will be supported with incoming leads, an established prospect database, and work alongside colleagues in another team that will help you track projects

The Successful Applicant – Area Sales Executive:

• You will already have field sales experience from within a B2B sector, and be confident developing existing relationships and winning new business
• Applicants with a building materials / construction background will be readily received, but is not essential
• You will be committed to building a long-term career within field sales in the construction sector
• Be driven, ambitious and commercially minded with a positive attitude and excellent communication and presentation skills
