The role of the Area Sales Manager - Masonry Support Systems will involve:

  • Business Development Manager position selling a high quality range of masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, lintels, cavity tray, brick soffit systems
  • All of your time will be spent selling to tier 1 contractors, sub-contractors, brickwork contractors, architects & engineers
  • Looking for a turnover target of circa £1m-£2m depending on experience
  • Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
Ideal applicant
  • Must have sold a structural building product such as: insulation, cladding, facades, concrete, heavyside, fixings, support systems, masonry, lintels, wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, steel beams, concrete reinforcement, concrete support systems, metal decking, rainscreen cladding, anchors etc
  • Must have sold to structural engineers, architects, brickwork contractors and main contractors
  • Black book of contact within the industry
  • Must be able to generate new business
  • Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
