Job summary

webuyanycar UK is hiring an Area Sales Executive in Northamptonshire. You will buy cars, manage branch operations and be the primary customer contact, driving appointments and targets.

The role includes appraisals, price negotiation and delivering exceptional customer service, with weekend work and a 42.5-hour week on a rotating shift. Full UK driving license and strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Experience in a target driven environment is essential.
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver great service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

As a Area Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
