Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking an Area Sales Executive to join our expanding UK network. You will be the main contact for customers, drive branch performance and help achieve sales targets across multiple sites.

The role involves car appraisals, price negotiations, closing deals and delivering outstanding customer service. A full UK manual driving licence is required and weekend work is on the rota.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operation; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.

About The Role

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Area Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
