Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking an Area Sales Executive for our UK network of branches. You will drive appointments, appraise cars, negotiate prices and deliver outstanding customer service while achieving targets. No car knowledge required initially—we train you.

The role offers £28,200 base salary with potential £35,220 OTE, 42.5 hours weekly in a rotating 5-on/2-off pattern, weekend work, and a robust bonus culture with monthly and annual rewards. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operation; act as main customer contact.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary, and secure appointments to hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver great service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure seamless processes.

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Area Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
