Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive branch performance. You will buy cars, manage appointments and deliver exceptional customer service across our UK network.

The role requires a current UK driving licence, strong at achieving targets, and the ability to work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift with weekend work. Competitive bonuses, pension, healthcare, and progression opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient running of branches; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Area Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
