WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking an Area Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing car-buying network. You will be the main point of contact for customers and drive branch performance while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers a £28,200 annual salary with a strong bonus scheme, 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern including weekends, and comprehensive training to support success with a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• A current UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient running of branches; main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Area Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
