Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking an Area Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. The role involves buying cars, managing branch operations, and serving as the main contact for customers. Salary is £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220, plus a fantastic bonus program.

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off, with weekend work. No car knowledge? We’ll train you and more, as you grow with a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven environment is desirable.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars for the branch and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary, and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth processes.

About The Role

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Area Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
