Job summary

BDS Recruitment seeks a Repairs Planner for our client’s property services team in Havant to coordinate responsive repairs scheduling and provide high-quality planning support.

This temporary ongoing role is 40 hours a week, with a hybrid working model (office + home). The planner will manage operatives' schedules, arrange appointments, record data accurately, and communicate clearly with residents and internal teams to ensure service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience working to targets and service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to record data accurately and maintain databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of responsive repairs operatives.
• Book and reschedule appointments to suit residents' needs.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems for repair activity tracking.
• Collaborate with residents, operatives and internal teams to ensure clear communication and service quality.
