Job summary

Guinness Property is seeking an Area Planner to join the team in Sheffield, delivering a high-quality planning and co-ordination service for Responsive Repairs. The role is full-time with hybrid working and three days a week in the Sheffield office, coordinating diaries, booking appointments, and updating systems to track repairs and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a customer-driven environment.
• Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.

• Experience of working with databases.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and co-ordinating repairs.
• Co-ordinate day-to-day scheduling of Responsive Repairs Operatives.
• Manage operatives' diaries, booking and rescheduling appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems to track repair activities.
• Communicate with residents, operatives and internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient job allocation.
