Job summary

Bolsover District Council is seeking a part-time Repairs Planner to join the Housing Repairs Team at the Riverside Depot, Mansfield Road, Doe Lea, Chesterfield.

The role will manage repairs to over 5000 properties, coordinating our in-house team of 50+ staff and external contractors, while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in repairs planning, strong customer focus, and knowledge of HHSRS and Awaab's Law, plus a drive to improve service.

Qualifications

• Experience in work planning within repairs and maintenance.
• Experience in delivering good customer service and handling complaints.
• Awareness of Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Awaab's Law.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service improvements.
