Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Area Planner to provide high-quality planning and coordination for Responsive Repairs. This full-time permanent role offers hybrid working with three days per week in our Sheffield office.

You will coordinate day-to-day scheduling, manage diaries, bookings and rescheduling, and ensure repairs are logged and tracked accurately. You will interact with residents, operatives and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a customer-driven environment.
• Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Experience of working with databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of Responsive Repairs operatives.
• Manage operatives' diaries, booking and rescheduling appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems to track repair activities.
• Communicate with residents, operatives and internal teams to ensure clear, responsive service.
