Job summary

Great Places Housing Group is seeking an Repairs Scheduler to join our team in a full-time, office-based role. You will coordinate day-to-day and void repairs, working with our contact centre, operatives and contractors to ensure the right work is done at the right time.

You will manage diaries, track progress, and use data to improve efficiency and customer experience while supporting service continuity and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer-focused or administrative environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking with priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate day-to-day and void repairs to meet customer needs.
• Monitor operatives’ diaries to optimise time and resources.
• Track progress of jobs and keep updates accurate with contractors.
• Forward plan to manage holidays, absence and demand.
• Schedule customer appointments with consideration of individual needs.
