Responsibilities

• Quarterly business reviews, supporting teams to never settle for average, strive for the best and deliver consistency
• Looking after up to 25 stores with enthusiasm and dedication, genuinely making a difference on each store visit
• Agree actions plans for building a business set for growth
• Plan and facilitate Area Meetings bringing innovative ideas to the table and encouraging an open, honest, and collaborative business planning
• Sharing company initiatives in an engaging and inspiring environment
• Bold and courageous approach to tackling performance
• Creating the environment for everyone to succeed supported by a strong succession plan for your area
