Rexel UK is seeking an Area Branch Manager for the Derby cluster, responsible for leading eight branches and reporting to the Regional Head of Sales. You will drive growth, build strong customer relationships and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.

In this fast-paced role you will shape strategy, monitor branch performance, manage P&L and OPEX, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Area to drive growth and performance.
• Monitor and drive sales across branches to meet targets.
• Manage P&L and OPEX across branches for cost-effective operations.
• Lead leadership initiatives and develop teams across branches.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to boost satisfaction.
• Oversee stock management and forecasting to minimise excess inventory.
• Coach and engage colleagues to sustain high morale and performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide development opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-branch collaboration and share best practices.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Set and monitor KPIs aligned with regional objectives.
