Qualifications

  • Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice.
  • Experience working on projects within the industrial and logistics sector would be desirable.
  • Working knowledge of UK building regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion.
  • Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality.
  • Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications.
  • Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.

Skills

Proficiency with Revit
