Architectural Technologist

Looking for your next move as an Architectural Technologist? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading architectural practice known for delivering high‑quality design across a wide mix of sectors.

The team is growing and they're on the lookout for an experienced, enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to get involved in a varied workload. Projects range from local authority schemes and new‑build commercial developments, through to private residential projects and medium‑scale multi‑unit housing for established local developers — so no two days look the same.

What the successful Architectural Technologist will be doing:

• Working across the later RIBA stages, with a strong technical focus
• Producing detailed technical and working drawing packages
• Collaborating with a friendly, experienced project team
• Using AutoCAD or REVIT on a daily basis to deliver well‑coordinated designs

What they're looking for:

• A relevant degree in Architectural Technology / Architecture
• At least 2 years' experience working within a UK architectural practice
• Strong post‑qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Confident AutoCAD and REVIT skills
• Good, up‑to‑date knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the planning process
• Strong technical ability from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
• ACIAT or MCIAT accreditation would be a bonus, but is not essential
