Architectural Technologist Nottingham Full-time, Permanent £32,000 - £45,000

Are you a detail-driven Architectural Technologist looking to join a collaborative and award-winning team?

Reed Property are working with one of the top Architectural practices in Nottingham.

They are an established, 100% employee-owned architectural practice based in Nottingham, and we're on the lookout for a senior technical candidate like you to help bring our innovative designs to life.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Producing accurate BIM-level drawings using Archicad software
• Coordinating with Architects across Studios to ensure seamless project integration
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Specifying materials and solving technical design challenges
• Attending site visits and design team meetings
• Collaborating closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
• Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD draughting and familiarity with BIM standards
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Must have very good building codes and regulations knowledge
• A team player with excellent time management skills
• A curious mind and a passion for continuous learning
• Excellent communication skills in English
