Job summary

TipTopJob in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their established RIBA chartered practice. You will manage and deliver a range of residential projects, prepare planning and building regulation packages, and produce construction drawings using AutoCAD.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Architectural Technology, have strong post-qualification UK experience, and excellent knowledge of UK building regulations, with solid detailing and presentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Strong post-qualification experience in a UK practice.
• Proficient with AutoCAD.
• Experience delivering residential projects.
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Strong detailing and presentation skills.
• Desirable: ability to run projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
