Job summary

Bimplus in Stockport is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their established RIBA chartered practice. You will play a key role on residential and education projects, delivering from inception to completion and preparing building regulation packages for planning applications.

The role requires strong UK regulatory knowledge, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to client and team coordination, with on-site surveys and robust presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree within Architectural Technology.
• Strong post-qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit is essential.
• Experience managing projects across various sectors.
• Job running experience is desirable.
• Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong technical and presentation skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Stockport area.
