Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist in Manchester to join a chartered practice delivering education, commercial, residential and healthcare projects.

You will manage and deliver high-rise residential and education schemes, prepare planning applications, perform site surveys, and compile technical specs, tenders and drawing packages. A degree in architectural technology and CIAT progress are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architectural technology and related field.
• Post-qualification experience as an architectural technologist.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-rise residential and education projects
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Produce technical specifications, tender and working drawing packages
