Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist for their Canterbury studio. The role focuses on delivering residential projects, building regulation packages, planning submissions, and technical drawing production using AutoCAD.

You will conduct site visits to ensure compliance and contribute to successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architectural Technology, strong post-qualification UK experience, and excellent knowledge of UK building regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Strong post-qualification experience as Architectural Technologist in a UK practice.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and technical detailing.
