Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an Architectural Technologist for our Birmingham studio. Join a national RIBA chartered practice delivering education, healthcare, industrial and commercial sector projects.

Hybrid working and professional development are on offer. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Architectural Technology degree, CIAT membership in progress or achieved, strong UK project experience, Revit proficiency, and solid knowledge of UK building regulations.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology.
• Working towards or has achieved CIAT membership.
• Strong post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Managed large-scale projects across various sectors.
• Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area.
• Full UK Drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the project team and deliver large:scale projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare design stake risk assessments and detailed design information
• Produce documents for statutory approval authorities
• Administer contract and project certifications
