The Architectural Technician Role

To be considered for the Architectural Technician position

• Previous experience as an Architectural Technician (or equivalent) within a housebuilding or residential design environment
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC standards
• Ability to produce and coordinate working drawings and technical information packages
• Degree or equivalent qualification in an architectural or technical discipline preferred
