Daily Duties
  • Lead or support design development from concept through to detailed design
  • Produce architectural / interior drawings, specification documents and visualisations
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained
  • Carry out site visits, surveys, and inspections during construction phases
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control for design deliverables
  • Keep up to date with building regulations, sustainability standards, materials, and technologies
  • Assist in bidding, proposals, client presentations, and securing planning approvals
Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified (or near qualified- Part 3 with exam up and coming)
  • Strong technical design skills and proficiency in relevant software- Vectorworks ideally
  • Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
  • Able to balance creativity with pragmatism- designing within constraints
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks / deadlines
  • Experience working across project phases from concept through to site execution
  • A passion for sustainability, innovation, and high design standards
