This consistent AJ top 10 practice, the first recognized practice to become 'B Corp' accredited, is enjoying another phase of growth in their South Wales location. They have 9 strategically placed studios with 300 members of staff and are now looking for an Architect in Cardiff with healthcare experience.

Opportunity

The job offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your flair for design across a range of building types, where you will be presenting to clients. You will be managing multiple schemes, ensuring that timeframes and budgets are met to client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to work at any work stage, developing designs using your initiative
• Strong verbal communication skills to explain the evolution of concept designs
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector
• Revit experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
