Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking an Arborist to operate at Moat Lane Depot, Solihull. You will load equipment for daily tasks, maintain chainsaws and chippers, and conduct climbing and ground-based work with daily briefings.

You must hold City & Guilds NPTC certificates, a full UK driver’s licence, and ideally IPAF. A solid health and safety understanding is essential, with risk assessments communicated to the team.

Qualifications

• Arborist qualifications and experience relevant to tree work and safety.
• Adequate driving licence and IPAF desirable.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Load all equipment for daily operations.
• Maintain chainsaws and chippers; perform inspections.
• Climb trees and perform ground-based work.
• Participate in end-of-day briefings with Supervisor.
