Job summary

idverde is hiring Arborist Climbers to join our team based in Telford. You will perform arboricultural operations including removals, crown work, and ongoing maintenance, while upholding safety and quality standards.

We value strong communication with clients and staff, and welcome additional qualifications (First Aid, MEWP, IPAF). Full, clean UK driving licence is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Arborist/Tree Surgeon with attention to safety.
• CS30–CS41 NPTC qualifications are highly desirable.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and ability to operate in varied sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform arboricultural operations such as pruning, removals, and tree care.
• Work safely with PPE and in line with company policies.
• Liaise with clients and team to deliver high-quality service.

Job description

At idverde, we provide a range of Arboricultural Operations including tree removals, crown thinning/reductions/lifting, deadwooding and tree planting, as well as ongoing tree maintenance. We are seeking multiple Arborist Climbers to join our team based in Telford. This is an exciting opportunity to advance and be part of a dynamic team that are committed to growth, safe working practices and delivering the best service to our clients. Working closely with the arborist team, you will help drive operational excellence and uphold the company's reputation in forestry and arboriculture services. Additional Tickets & qualifications/ certificates beneficial e.g. First Aid & Forestry, MEWP, Wood Chipper, IPAF etc. Strong communication, organisational & problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels. Full, clean UK Driving Licence.

• Proven experience as an Arborist/Tree Surgeon, with an eye for detail and passion for high quality tree care.
• Excellent understanding of safety protocols, care & maintenance of all equipment, plus the ability to undertake operations safely and competently, with a can-do attitude.
