Job summary

Veolia Group in Newport is seeking a time-served FM professional to lead a site delivering soft and hard services for a high-profile Aerospace and Defence client. You will manage a multi-discipline team, ensure statutory compliance, and drive KPI performance in a competitive environment with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Time-served FM professional with management experience across hard/soft services.
• Strong budget control and cost management skills.
• Good HR and people-management capabilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and risk assessments (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver FM services (soft and hard) to meet contractual and statutory requirements.
• Lead a site-based team of managers, engineers, cleaners and operatives.
• Implement and manage permit-to-work system; prepare SSoW/policies.
• Schedule maintenance and ensure timely delivery against SLA and statutory obligations.
• Communicate with clients, vendors and team; present reports and recommendations.
