Job summary

A leading gaming company in London is seeking a customer-focused individual to join their player protection team. You will build relationships with customers, create activity reports, and work in a fast-paced gaming environment. Fluency in Arabic and English as well as knowledge of UK gaming legislation is essential. Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in Arabic & English
  • Knowledge and experience of the UK gaming business in regards to legislation and regulatory standards of operation.

  • Ability to adapt leadership style recognising team members and stakeholders for their individuality
  • To be able to demonstrate previous success in dealing with customers in a front- line situation.
  • The skill and knowledge to manage a busy multi-functional gaming offer.
