Job Overview

An excellent permanent opportunity to join an established company based in Cheltenham. This role involves administrative support, dealing with legal documents and liaising with professionals within the legal and medical industries such as high‑level Psychologists. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Support a team of Psychologists with their administration duties concerning medico‑legal reports.
  • Operate the database system.
  • Understand the content of letters from instructing parties, solicitors or medico‑legal agencies.
  • Send appointment letters to clients.
  • Email documentation to instructing parties.
  • Prepare and upload the experts' clinics onto the cloud.
  • Send reports and invoices to solicitors and agencies.
  • Each day complete all correspondence received in the post that day.
  • Ensure 24‑hour turnaround time for emails.
  • Answer phone calls from clients, solicitors, agencies or experts.
  • Liaise directly with your Team Leaders.
  • Be compliant with data protection laws.
  • Understand and use agency online portals.
  • Perform any other duties prescribed by the Manager and Assistant Manager.
Qualifications

Ideally you will have some office experience; alternatively you can be a graduate or someone with little office experience. The main requirements are a bright personality and the ability to pick things up quickly.

Hours and Salary

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £25,684.11 per annum + 20 days holiday + bank holidays + gifted Christmas close down
