£10 - £12 per hour depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and kickstart your career with a fully funded Level 3 Plant Maintenance Apprenticeship.

Here are some of the activities that you'll be involved with...

• Assisting with the servicing, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery (including excavators, dumpers, compressors, and small tools).
• Carrying out routine inspections under supervision, identifying faults and helping to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Learning to use diagnostic equipment and follow safety and compliance procedures.
• Supporting with record-keeping, including service logs, maintenance reports, and parts usage.
• Keeping the workshop and yard areas organised, clean, and safe.

Great communication skills, excellent attention to detail and an enjoyment of problem solving are essential attributes to being a great Plant Technician, as is being a team player who is reliable and safety conscious.
