Chesterfield Borough Council is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join the on-site team in Chesterfield. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing information and guiding customers to the right service.

You will receive training across Council Tax, Rents, Benefits, Housing and Environmental Services, developing excellent customer service skills, building rapport and helping customers access services digitally where available.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Excellent keyboard and computer literacy.
• Strong customer service skills in all interactions.
• Team player with a positive can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and customers.
• Provide information, help and advice across council services.
