About the Role

We are looking for an Apprentice Customer Accounts Assistant to join our busy Customer Accounts & Money Advice team, to maximiseincome for Onward and for our customers through a variety of methods, delivering excellent levels of service to colleagues and customers, and providing administrative support across a number of key tasks.

This role is home based, however with a requirement to be office based a minimum of 1 day per week including our S4B Office, Brunswick, Manchester as well as for any other purpose required of the role.

Assessment for this role includes online assessment, assessment centre and remote interview.The successful candidate will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Housing Apprenticeship which is an 18-month course.

Entry Requirements

Qualifications: You must have a grade 4 or above in GCSE Mathematics and English

Residency: You must be a UK citizen or have the right to work in the UK. You also need to have been living in the UK or EEA for the past three years.

Right to Work: You need to have the legal right to work in the UK, which can be demonstrated through citizenship or relevant immigration documentation.
