Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a full-time Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You will work under skilled chefs, gaining a national qualification while supporting kitchen operations and guest experiences.

You’ll learn through work-based training, with a mentor, regular reviews, and the chance to progress to higher apprenticeships. A strong focus on teamwork and quality meals is emphasized throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a passion for cooking.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen and follow brand standards.
• Pride in delivering quality dishes with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly and safely to brand standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and back of house.
• Communicate openly with the team and participate in training.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep and par process.
• Handle guest queries professionally and assist with learning modules.
