Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, leading to a nationally recognised qualification. You will work full-time in a kitchen, training under passionate chefs while helping run the kitchen to ensure quality for guests.

No prior experience is required as we teach you everything you need. The program includes work-based training with in-house mentoring and progression opportunities across our brands.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the team to ensure outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standards.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
