Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship in a full-time kitchen role. The programme lasts 15 months and combines on-the-job training with face-to-face sessions and remote coaching.

You will gain a nationally recognised qualification while helping run busy kitchens and delivering quality experiences for guests. You’ll learn under passionate chefs, develop skills across prep, cooking and presentation, and benefit from training modules, English/Maths skills, and

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided by the apprenticeship.
• Willing to learn and develop cooking skills in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work well with others and follow guidance from senior chefs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standards.
• Assist with kitchen prep, stock rotation and cleanliness to maintain high standards.
• Support the running of the kitchen under supervision of experienced chefs.
