Mitchells & Butlers is offering a full-time Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship in our fast-paced kitchen environment. You will learn on the job under experienced chefs, gaining a nationally recognised qualification over 15 months while helping run the kitchen and ensure quality for guests.

No prior experience is required; if you have a passion for cooking and a desire to learn, we will train you to become a vital team member.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking and working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, cook and present food to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep and par processes.
• Take part in all required training and learning modules.
• Adhere to licensing laws, brand standards and company policies.
