Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a full-time Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship for 15 months in our kitchens across the brand family. You’ll train on the job under experienced chefs while delivering quality meals to guests and supporting daily kitchen operations.

No prior experience is required as we provide full training; you will gain a nationally recognised qualification and develop skills to contribute to a busy, team-focused kitchen.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn and be passionate about cooking.

Responsibilities

• Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service, promoting a supportive atmosphere where you assist other team members whenever possible.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
• Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
