Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Apprenticeship training with Level 2 Production Chef standard over 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standards.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
