Job Overview

As a Catering Apprentice you will be working in a passionate and hard‑working team to create an outstanding customer service experience for our customers. You do not need to have any experience to apply for this vacancy as full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship! On completion of the Apprenticeship, you will achieve the L2 Production Chef and become a qualified Catering Assistant.

• Preparing delicious, high‑quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Follow recipes accurately and cooking dishes to spec
• Completion of food safety management documents

• Maintaining high standards of Food Service

Qualifications and Requirements

• EU resident for the last three years
• Permanent employment contract
• Work a minimum of 16 hours a week
• Demonstrate basic English and maths skills
• Full training provided as part of the apprenticeship

Apprenticeship Details

It takes between one and two years to complete the apprenticeship, depending on the level and hours you work. The available apprenticeship levels are:

• Level 2 Intermediate - a recognised qualification for new skills.
• Level 3 Advanced - for those who already have a Level 2 foundation.
• Higher Apprenticeships - for those targeting a degree‑level qualification.
