Qualifications

• Strong interest in Building Surveying and the construction industry is essential.
• Willingness to study towards a Building Surveying degree and RICS accreditation.
• Access to a vehicle and full UK driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building condition surveys and defect inspections.
• Support preparation of technical reports and client documentation.
• Attend site inspections to observe quality, programme and health & safety.
