Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our booking office. We currently have a vacancy for a full time (37.5) Appointments Booking Clerk to be based at the Conquest Hospital, within the Outpatient Booking Service, in East Sussex Healthcare, NHS Trust.

Responsibilities

• Ring and agree dates with our patients.
• Perform rostered telephone sessions, depending on service needs.
• Work on own initiative and as part of a team, working to strict deadlines.
• Provide fast and responsive outpatient appointment booking service.

Service operates between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, in shifts of 08:00-16:00, 09:00‑17:00 and 10:00‑18:00, with weekend work 9am‑12noon on a rota basis.
