Jacob Thomas Associates is seeking a confident Lead Generation Executive to join our Daventry team. You will make outbound calls to potential customers, generate new leads, book appointments and maintain accurate records.

A proactive attitude and good telephone manner are essential to succeed in a target-driven environment. Ideal candidates have experience in telesales or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work to individual and team targets.

We are looking for confident, motivated and personable Lead Generation Executive to join a busy team in Daventry. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, generating new leads, booking appointments and maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive telephone manner and the resilience to work towards targets. Previous call centre, telesales or customer service experience would be beneficial, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
