Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection Limited seeks an Applications Technician to conduct equipment demonstrations and provide technical support to customers and the sales team. The role focuses on showcasing cutting-edge equipment and supporting the sales process in an office-based setting in Letchworth Garden City.

You will deliver demonstrations in person and online, work with Sales Account Managers, and help customers select the best solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting equipment demonstrations.
• Ability to provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
• Comfort presenting to groups and managing demos both in-person and online.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and deliver machine and software demonstrations to highlight features.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to drive machine sales.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams during the sales process.
• Maintain and refresh the demonstration suite and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
