Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD seeks an Applications Technician to support sales with technical demonstrations and customer assistance in a high-quality engineering environment. You will run equipment demos, provide technical support to customers and the sales team, and maintain the demonstration suite to boost satisfaction.

Based in Letchworth Garden City (office-based), with commuting options to Stevenage and nearby towns.

Responsibilities

• Planning, setting up and delivering machine and software demonstrations, tailored to highlight features and benefits.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to demonstrate equipment to new and existing customers to drive sales.
• Work with Customer Relationship Executives to showcase products and software and sell upgrades.
• Handle administration and post demonstration tasks, including documenting details of the demo.
• Maintain the demonstration suite to ensure it is clean, smart and fully operational.
