Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an Applications Technician to showcase cutting-edge equipment and support the sales process from an office-based role in Letchworth Garden City. You will conduct demonstrations, provide technical support to customers and the sales team, and maintain the demonstration suite.

Qualifications

• Experience demonstrating machinery and software to customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and deliver machine and software demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to drive machine sales.
• Showcase products to customers and support upgrades.
• Handle administration and post-demonstration tasks.
• Maintain the demonstration suite and keep it fully operational.
